Two years ago i began to have trouble with my right knee.

I was finding it difficult to walk without pain and on a few occasions I had to use crutches to get around.

X rays scans and a MRI failed to diagnose the problem. They failed to detect any injury.

This was frustrating as the condition worsened I was wondering if I d ever regain proper mobility.
A friend s daughter who is a Personal Trainer insisted that I get to a gym and start strengthening my muscles. I must admit that I was very sceptical at first, but noticed the difference immediately.

I started using Richie Personal Trainer and train with him twice a week. With his guidance and help I am now a firm believer that exercise and weight training are important for everyone.
